Non-Refundable Booking Fee 2. Completion of Scheduling Agreement ✨ A $100 Non-Refundable Booking Fee for all initial permanent brow services is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to the full amount of the scheduled service. Other services offered will require a booking fee depending on the cost of the service. One reschedule is permitted before a new booking fee will be required to reschedule any appointment. The same terms apply to all booking fees. ✨ A Pre-Appointment, Scheduling agreement is emailed to every client with guidelines to adhere to in preparation for your visit. This agreement MUST be filled out and submitted within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Your appointment will NOT be finalized in our system until this is complete. Please ask any and all questions prior to your appointment and follow all instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the cancellation of your appointment and/or forfeiture of your booking fee. ✨ No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled initial brow service appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time for all other services will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior. Only one reschedule is permitted. Rescheduling more than once will require payment of a new booking fee. ✨ If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited. Please be kind and mindful that being late will delay all other appointments after yours. Rescheduling under this circumstance will require an additional booking fee. ✨ Please email or text a well lit, forward facing photo of your face with no brow makeup when scheduling your permanent makeup appointment. ✨ Be sure to advise of any allergies, medical conditions, prior permanent makeup/ cosmetic tattoos, or prescriptions you take prior to your appointment. ✨ Please understand that NO guests, family, friends, children, or pets that are not service animals will be allowed during your appointment due to the precision and attention required for the procedure. This is also for safety, sanitation, and insurance purposes. ✨ Permanent Brows are a 2 appointment process. For optimal results you will require a TouchUp within 6-10 weeks of your initial visit. Your brows are not finished until this TouchUp is complete. Your Complimentary TouchUp will be scheduled with you at your initial appointment. This TouchUp will only remain complimentary if completed within the defined 6-10 week timeframe. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or do NOT complete the complimentary session within this timeframe for ANY reason, standard TouchUp fees WILL apply. ✨ A consultation is required for anyone wanting to schedule tattoo removal or for anyone with previous work done by another artist. Most consultations can be done via text or email but an in-person consultation may be required depending on the situation.
